Foxtrot is a woman-owned regenerative flower farm, florist & event venue in the heart of NY’s Hudson Valley. As a working flower farm, Foxtrot is able to provide a unique, memorable and beautiful setting for any event.
Our event venue is hand built and heartfelt. Our venue spaces are woven into the world of the farm - so it is cohesive, land based, and authentic to us as growers and hosts.
We specialize in curating our space for intimate gatherings, up to 80 guests. Our small farm is nestled into 600-acres of protected land making it an idyllic setting for any special occasion or celebration!
Whether you want to gather for field side dining in our greenhouse or dance the night away in our historic barn, there are plenty of charming spots for you and your guests to experience at Foxtrot.

THE BARN
Our historic barn is unlike any other - it delights and surprises. It showcases the incredible art we’ve collected from friends, its ceiling are filled seasonally with dried flowers from our fields.
The Gallery - Our event room and art gallery. Perfect for indoor dining or and late night dancing!
The Flower Studio - Our flower studio transformed. Perfect for buffet service.
The Patio - Uncovered beautiful patio complete with high or low tables + string lights. Right on the edge of our first flower field. Often used for cocktail hour.
The Farm
I love how the farm holds people. I love how it draws them in, moves them, takes them by surprise. I love that couples and guests alike can build long term relationships with the space, can return again and again, year after year, to watch it grow alongside their love.
Ceremony Site - Our ceremony site is located down a wide path though our native meadow. The site is nestled in our young fruit orchard overlooking the meadow and the farm beyond, it is a beautiful opening, surrounded by trees.
Indoor/Outdoor Dining - Gather comfortably in our greenhouse in fair or foul weather. We love running long tables through the center of the greenhouse for reception dinners or alternatively, hightop for cocktail hour.
Garden Moments - Dotted through our production flower fields are ornamental garden moments - perennial flowers, benches, lanterns - outdoor rooms for photos or quite moments through it all.
The Tiny House
The Tiny House in the heart of the farm is the perfect getting ready suite, a safe nook for young guests to rest while parents party on, or have special guests stay all weekend long.
The Studio
The Private Studio adjacent to the farm is the perfect Honeymoon Suite, or getting ready area. Stay the weekend or decompress the week after.
2027 Rates
We want our space to feel like it’s your home away from home for the weekend. We rent for entire weekends, rather than rushing you in and out in 24 hours. You and your guests can gather here for multiple events over the weekend. Think: Rehearsal Dinner & your
Wedding Celebration. Or your Wedding Celebration & Brunch! Or some combination of the three! It’s yours to celebrate in!
May 1st - October 31st
Package includes access to the facilities from 1 PM Friday, until 3PM Sunday. With rental receiving available on Thursday between 8AM - 5PM.
Facility & Event Fee:
Base Rate Starting at $9,500
Our base rate includes base restroom units, tables, chairs, table coverings, house flowers and appropriate staff to make sure your event goes off without a hitch!
The client incurs the cost of anything beyond the scope of our base rate. Catering, bar, and transportation are not included.
Studio Lodging Fee:
$400/night (2 night minimum)
Additional nights of lodging are available upon request. Sleeps 2.
Tiny House Lodging Fee:
$200/night (2 night minimum)
Additional nights of lodging are available upon request. Sleeps 2.
