The Farm

Ceremony Space - Our ceremony site is located down a wide meadow path, with in a small fruit free grove overlooking the native meadow and the farm, beyond.

Outdoor Dining - We love setting up a long table winding through the center of the farm for your reception dinner, should weather allow.

Greenhouse Gathering - Gather comfortably in our greenhouse in fair or foul weather. Often indoor/outdoor dining or cocktail hour.

The Studio

The Private Studio adjacent to the farm is the perfect Honeymoon Suite, or getting ready area. Stay the weekend or decompress the week after.

2027 Rates

May 1st - October 31st
Package includes access to the facilities from 10 AM Friday, until 3PM Sunday. With rental receiving available on Thursday between 8AM - 5PM. Lodging includes The Studio (sleeps 2) - 2 night

Facility & Event Fee: $12,500
Catering, bar, and transportation are not included. Our rate does includes basic restroom units and basic tables, chairs, table coverings. The client incurs the cost of anything beyond the scope of our base rate.

Lodging Fee: $400/night (2 night minimum)
Additional nights of lodging ate available upon request.

DIRTY DETAILS

Day of Coordination
We require guests to work with a day of coordinator or planner to make sure your event goes off without a hitch. Alternatively - we are happy to you instead would like our help with day of coordination, we charge $2,500 for this service.

Flowers
Whether you want a full service or a la carte flowers we will make sure all your floral dreams come true.

Parking
We recommend using a shuttle service from either Pine Plains or Stanfordville, both are 7 minutes from Foxtrot. We have on-site parking for guests, up to 25 cars.

Restrooms
Restroom Units are booked based on the scale of your event, your choice. We recommend a Luxury Restroom Trailer for events over 40 guests (not included) and Wedding White Units (included) for under 40. ADA compliant restroom available upon request.

Tables
For 80, folding tables covered with painters cloth and kraft paper for a simple farm chic look.

Chairs
For 80, a mix of vintage folding, wood cafe folding and simple black.

Accessibility
Our indoor & outdoor event spaces are wheelchair accessible. ADA compliant wheelchair ramp available upon request.
