What to expect

First, place your order below. This reserves your flower order in our bustling event calendar.

Second, fill out the form on the order page. This will give us all the information we need to plan. Expect to hear from us about a month prior to your event.

Third, we harvest & design! In the days leading up to your event, we will harvest flowers and foliage from Foxtrot for your arrangements. Once your flowers are processed and conditioned we dive into the floral studio and design away!

Finally, all packed up and ready to go! On the day of your event, your flowers will be all packed up and ready to go for on farm pick up or delivery.

Foxtrot is for couples who want a sustainable alternative to the floral industry.

• Beauty: Our Floristry evokes our farm’s ecosystem, both the cultivated and the wild. We look to the seasons for guidance & inspiration. We style our flowers loosely and playfully, allowing these natural beauties to speak for themselves. 

• Local: Our floral designs use only flowers & foliage regeneratively grown on our farm.

• Chemical-Free: We are a chemical-free operation. The vitality of our flowers results from the health of our soil, not post harvest preservatives. 

• Sustainable: Our design studio has no floral foam in sight. We compost our refuse to build soil for future blooms.

• Generative: We use a portion of each wedding budget to invest in our Native Plantings, which builds the resilience of our local ecosystem. 

Our a la Carte Event Flowers are perfect for clients who want one-off Foxtrot designs for smaller celebrations of any kind! The offerings are geared towards small weddings but our designs are versatile - birthday parties, graduations, baby showers, you name it!

SCOPE OF WORK

Our a la carte event flowers are beautiful and the process is simple - on your end and ours. There are no labor fees associated with our a la carte event flowers because we have removed our labor from the process, ie: we do not offer email or phone consultations. A la carte flowers are an opportunity to trust this seasoned grower/designer to bring your floral vision to fruition!

Our a la carte flowers are farmers choice based on seasonal availability - we do not promise specific flowers but harvest & arrange within your chosen color palette. When you’re ready to place your order, you will be prompted to fill out a form. There is a section where we ask you to choose your desired color palette & describe your dream floral vibe. A LA CARTE FLOWER FAQ

Can we schedule a phone or email consultation?
The beauty of a la carte flowers is its simplicity on your end and ours. We are able to offer our flowers without a labor fee because a la carte flowers do not include phone or email consultations. If you are in need of this service, we can consult, but expect to be charged an additional 15% of your flower order for labor.

How far in advanced should I place my order?
Please place your order at least 1-month prior to your event date. Our event calendar gets busy and we may have to cancel your order if you placed it in the final hours and we cannot accommodate it in our schedule.

Can I make changes to my order?
Yes and, we ask you to make all final changes 1-month prior to your event to ensure smooth sailing on your end and ours. Additions are easy. Subtractions will be applied as credit to another item on your order. We do not offer refunds on canceled orders. Please email us if you would like to make changes to your a la carte order.

Do you offer Bulk Flower Buckets?
Historically we have offered Bulk Flower Buckets but in 2027 we will no longer be offering this service.

How does delivery work?
We are happy to deliver your flowers within the Hudson Valley, Catskills, Berkshires, Western Connecticut & the Capital Region. Our delivery fee is a combination of hours & miles to and from your venue. Our minimum is $60. We will coordinate & bill for this service seperately from your order.

Do you do installation?
We do not offer installation for a la carte flowers. Installation is part of our labor line that is not included in a la carte orders. Plan to ask a trusted guest or day-of-coordinator to distribute your designs through the venue accordingly.

What do I do with the vases after the event?
The vases are yours for keeps! But if you would like to return the vases to Foxtrot we will offer you flower shop credit for dishwasher clean returned vessels.
