Parking
We have on-site parking for up to 25 cars. Alternatively or additionally we recommend booking a shuttle service (not included) from Pine Plains or Stanfordville, both just 7 minutes from Foxtrot. Our vendor recommendations include shuttle companies we love working with.

Restrooms
Wedding Porta John units are included in your venue fee. If you'd like a Luxury Restroom Trailer, we're happy to book it on your behalf for an additional fee. ADA-compliant restrooms are available upon request.

Tables & Chairs
For up to 80 guests, we provide folding tables dressed in painter's cloth and kraft paper for a simple farm-chic look, paired with a mix of vintage folding chairs, wood café folding chairs, and simple black chairs. Any tables or chairs beyond our in-house offerings are at the client's expense.

Accessibility
Our indoor and outdoor event spaces are wheelchair accessible, and an ADA-compliant ramp is available upon request.

Wedding Planning
We recommend working with a day-of coordinator or planner so your event goes off without a hitch.

Flowers
We're here to make your floral dreams come true, all in house. Complimentary house flowers are included with your event. Anything beyond that requires a consultation and additional fees.

Local Lodging
There are plenty of hotels and Airbnbs near Foxtrot. A list of our favorites comes with our recommended vendor list.

Catering & Alcohol
We don't provide catering or alcohol, but we'll share our preferred vendor list when you book. New York State liquor laws require your caterer to hold a valid liquor license and to handle alcohol service.

Venue Tours
Absolutely! Email Kate at foxtrotfarmflowers@gmail.com to arrange a time.

Staffing
Your venue fee includes 2–3 staff members (depending on the size of your event) to help with venue coordination. They'll make sure furniture is set, keep the restrooms clean, help with parking, and light the bonfires on the day of your event.

Receiving Rentals
We can receive rentals on Thursdays between 8 AM and 5 PM.

Set-Up & Breakdown
Our staff will set up and break down all tables, chairs, and decor provided by Foxtrot. Set-up and breakdown of rentals or decorations from outside vendors is the responsibility of the client, their planner, or the vendor providing them.

Music
DJs and bands are welcome. Amplified music after 9 PM must be played in the barn. We have a surround-sound Bluetooth speaker you can use for music around the barn.

Insurance
Special Event Liability Insurance is required. If alcohol will be served, your policy must include Host Liquor Liability coverage.

Foul Weather Contingency
Foxtrot is an indoor/outdoor venue, so we build a foul-weather plan with every client.

Garbage & Recycling
Each vendor is responsible for removing their own trash and recycling. We'll take care of any remaining trash and recycling from your event.

Multiple Events
You're welcome to host more than one event over your weekend, such as a Welcome Dinner and Wedding Celebration, or a Wedding Celebration and Brunch. All events must be planned with Foxtrot in advance.

Booking & Payment
A 25% deposit and signed contract secure your date. 50% of the contract total is due six months before your event, and the remainder is due one month before. We accept checks and credit cards.

Plant It Forward
Every couple married at Foxtrot gets to choose a native tree or shrub to be planted here in their honor. You're welcome to visit it year after year.

Feeding Our Neighbors
If you'd like to donate your leftovers to The Common Freezer, we'll repackage them at the end of the festivities and share them with our food-insecure neighbors through our free-freezer program.
