An exhibition by Foxtrot CSA Member, KS Lack, to raise funds for Ukrainian humanitarian aid in a setting evocative of the region’s rich agricultural and folk-art heritage. This series of letterpress prints—each in its own conceptual frame—aims to foster discussion and awareness about today’s Ukraine: a new nation with an old history, fighting once again for the right to be free.

Westerly Canteen returns to Foxtrot!

From Westerly - “To bookend our season we return to Foxtrot for a bountiful fall feast in their new gathering barn. Our evening together will begin at 6:00pm with wines from Christy Frank of Copake Wines. Should weather allow, we will enjoy beverages field-side. A four course dinner will follow to celebrate the earth tone's of fall's harvest from our favorite farmers. If you joined us for our summer solstice dinner in June then you can attest to the magic of Westerly at Kate's flower haven. And if you have not yet experienced it, this is sure to be a special evening.”

Hudson Valley chef Matthew Hunt, of FOOD HUNT, returns to Foxtrot on the Autumnal Equinox to present a comforting meal of Indian cooking.  

Inspired by his month of travel throughout India learning from local chefs in various regions, this meal provides the perfect opportunity to reconnect to our community as Fall arrives.

This workshop will focus on the techniques and best practices for creating potent hydrosols, or floral waters. Together we will harvest fresh aromatic plants and go through the process of distillation using both a traditional copper still and with a simple at-home method. We will talk about the unique benefits of hydrosols for use in skincare - as well as touching on their aromatherapy and culinary applications. There will be the opportunity to sample a variety of hydrosols, each participant will take home a 2 oz bottle of hydrosol and a farm-grown floral bouquet from Foxtrot.

Celebrate Mother's Day Weekend amidst a symphony of blooms at Foxtrot!

On Saturday May 11th, we are delighted to be hosting an open house! Wander through Foxtrot’s flower fields with Mom and relax into our picturesque farm space. The Fizzy Filly will be joining us on the farm, providing delicious mocktails and cocktails to celebrate the occasion! We will have a variety of flower and veggie seedling starts for day-of-purchase, though our Mother’s Day Flowers and Farmer Led Farm Tour are available for Pre-Orders only!

Farm Tour departs at 11:30 - Join Kate in a beautifully detailed story of our flower fields. Learn about our blooms & farm operation. And, yes - feel free to ask any pressing garden questions! Included in ticket - 1x complimentary drink from The Fizzy Filly and locally made snacks. Expect around a 30-60 minute tour. Pre-Orders Only!
