I’m Kate! Grower//Designer, Owner//Operator of Foxtrot. 

My origin is of flowers. I was raised, it feels, within my Mom’s abundant gardens. My family and I worked together in them every weekend - wandering, watching, weeding, making “dirt soup”, harvesting buckets of flowers to bring into our home and enjoy all week long.

I’m drawn to this work through my interest in art, the visual, the sensory.  Through my heart’s need to cultivate and share beauty. Through my dedication to regenerative growing practices and responsible land stewardship.    

My fearless companion, Pepper, is Foxtrot’s guardian and muse. Dedicated huntress and belly rub enthusiast, most days she pals around with me, keeping things in check and making sure I don’t take myself too seriously.

Foxtrot

After 10 years of working in local agriculture, alongside many talented growers in the Hudson Valley, I was able to bring Foxtrot into existence in 2021.

Foxtrot Farm & Flowers is a Mom & Pup (yes, pup) regenerative flower farm and design studio nestled within the rolling hills of Attlebury in Stanfordville, NY.

Foxtrot operates on a 1-acre plot, using no-till, regenerative growing practices.

Foxtrot specializes in growing flowers that are elegant, joyful, fragrant alongside foliage that is moody, airy, architectural.

In 2026, Foxtrot enters its fifth growing season! I am so grateful for the local community that has allowed Foxtrot to thrive and share beauty, so grateful for the friends who have helped in small and large ways to build this farm out with me. Foxtrot would be nothing without you!
